This means that we do NOT use any conventionally grown herbs in our products. We believe in supporting the organic movement, keeping conscious considerations behind sourcing sustainably wild-harvested plants, herbs and mushrooms, to make sure that we are offering our community the best all natural and organic wellness and body care items possible!
We support family farmers, as well as small and local businesses, and when possible, we strive to even review the harvesting sites of our ingredients that are not produced in-house; thereby, further strengthening the trust that MICOPEIA's herbal-infused products are both premium and handled with care every step of the way!
NOTES ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS
- Our products do NOT use synthetic ingredients, sodium laurel sulfate, parabens, phthalates, chemicals, fillers and/or petroleum!
- Our products are vegan, paraben free, sulfate-free, fragrance-free, colorant-free, NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS and CRUELTY-FREE, no additives, no preservatives.
- We use all natural and certified organic ingredients, plant-based cold-pressed oils and ingredients that are exclusively therapeutic!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my package ship?
All packages are shipped out via the United States Postal Service's (USPS) Priority Mail, generally within 2-5 business days after payment has processed.
We work normal business hours M-F, with shipments going out every day except Sunday.
After you have received your tracking number, please allow at least 1-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, the United States Postal Service does run into shipping delays that we cannot control. Please monitor your order's USPS Priority Mail tracking, for direct shipping updates from the United States Postal Service.
Why do we use USPS Priority Mail? We believe in supporting the employees and services of our United States Postal Service. Also - each MICOPEIA order sent via USPS Priority Mail is insured!
Due to the nature of COVID-19, MICOPEIA will NOT be accepting any bottle and/or product returns at this time, to respect the health and safety protocols for both our team members and customers. We encourage all of our community members and customers to recycle and/or reuse our product bottles and/or packaging, whenever possible!
