This terms of service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MICOPEIA LLC ("Company") and the individual user ("Customer" or "You") who visits the MICOPEIA website ("Website") and purchases products offered by Rashon A. Massey ("Founder").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website and purchasing products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Website or purchase products.
No Refunds
Please note that there are NO refunds for products, consultations, and coaching services. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ask questions and be fully clear about the terms before making a purchase.
Product Returns
Due to the nature of COVID-19, MICOPEIA will NOT be accepting any bottle and/or product returns at this time, to respect the health and safety protocols for both our team members and customers. We encourage all community members and customers to recycle and/or reuse our product bottles and/or packaging whenever possible.
Product Information and Medical Claims
a. The Company shall not be held liable for any medical claims made by customer testimonials. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The efficacy of these products and testimonials have not been confirmed by FDA-approved research.
b. The products offered by MICOPEIA are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
