    What to expect?

    After you purchase your consultation, you will be EMAILED a downloadable  Pre-Consultation Checklist (.pdf document) with detailed instructions that include how to complete your Pre-Assessment Questionnaire, where to download your documents for your 3-Day Food Log, and most importantly, how to book your consultation appointment! It is important that the Pre-Consultation Checklist is completed BEFORE your consultation, in order for Rashon to complete his full assessment and post-consultation materials for you. 

    Individuals who complete a 1:1 Consultation will receive the following:

    1. Herb-based wellness suggestions and/or vitamin supplement recommendations, to address their key health concerns
    2. Plant-based food recommendations to help achieve goals

     TERMS OF SERVICE

    This terms of service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MICOPEIA LLC ("Company") and the individual user ("Client" or "You") who engages in coaching services provided by Rashon A. Massey ("Coach"), the Founder of MICOPEIA.

    Acceptance of Terms
    By booking and paying for coaching services provided by the Company and Coach, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the coaching services.

    No Refunds
    Please note that there are NO refunds for consultations and coaching services. It is the responsibility of the Client to ask questions and fully understand the terms of the consultation before booking and paying for the services.

    Coaching Services
    a. Description: The coaching services offered by the Coach may include but are not limited to [describe the nature of the coaching services].
    b. Disclaimer: The Company and Coach do not make any guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes or results of the coaching services. The Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process, and the success of the coaching relationship depends on the Client's commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.

    Medical Disclaimer
    a. The Company and Coach do not provide medical advice or treatment. The information presented in coaching sessions is not intended as a substitute for or alternative to advice from healthcare practitioners.
    b. The Client acknowledges that the statements made regarding the products of MICOPEIA and the testimonials provided have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The efficacy of these products and testimonials have not been confirmed by FDA-approved research.
    c. The products offered by MICOPEIA are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Client should consult a healthcare professional about potential interactions or complications before using any product.
    d. The Client acknowledges that MICOPEIA assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. It is recommended to consult with a qualified medical doctor or physician when preparing a treatment plan for any diseases or ailments.
    e. It is especially important for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, chronically ill, elderly, or under the age of 18 to consult a physician prior to using these products.

    Age Restriction
    You must be 18 years or older to engage in the coaching services and visit the Company's website or purchase MICOPEIA products.

    Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and Coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services or the use of MICOPEIA products.

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].

    Modification of Terms
    The Company and Coach reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.

    By engaging in the coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

    Did you know that each small batch of MICOPEIA’s all natural tea blends and/or tinctures has been handcrafted exclusively by MICOPEIA’s Founder?! 

    It’s true! Even though MICOPEIA has now grown to the point of bringing on team members to help with labeling and packaging our products, every small batch of tea and/or tincture is still exclusively handcrafted by MICOPEIA’s Founder; for this reason, all items are shipped within 2 to 14 business days of when an initial order is placed, no matter which shipping method is chosen at checkout. Products will ship any day of the week, except for Sunday. WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING! 

    For example: If an item is ordered on Monday, the earliest it would be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) would be the same week’s Wednesday.

    During busy times (seasonal holidays, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc), please anticipate the longer processing time of up to 14 business days.

    ALL ORDERS CONTAINING A PREORDER ITEM WILL SHIP TOGETHER WHEN THE PREORDER ITEM IS READY TO SHIP! If you would like your in-stock item(s) BEFORE your preorder item, please place them as separate orders!

    SHIPPING CARRIER

    Your products will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package (depending upon which service is chosen at checkout), and after your order ships, you will receive an email and/or text notification(s) where you can track the status of your delivery.

    First Class Package - Packages sent via First Class Package take 2-7 days to arrive to the customer. This does NOT include the 2-14 business days processing time prior to shipment that it may take to package your order and have it picked up by USPS.

    Priority Mail - Packages sent via Priority Mail take 1-3 business days to arrive to the customer. This does NOT include the 2-14 business days processing time prior to shipment that it may take to package your order and have it picked up by USPS.

    The "Immunity & Longevity Tonic" is shipped via UPS Ground. 


    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    Domestic customers will receive a USPS Priority tracking number, once their shipment has been sent. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your shipment at www.usps.com.

    Should your package be lost or stolen while in the care of USPS or UPS, MICOPEIA cannot be liable, BUT we will do everything that we can to both work with you and the United Stated Postal Service or UPS, to retrieve your  package. Once the package has left our shop and has been recorded as received at USPS or UPS, if there are shipping delays, a missed delivery and/or the package has been delivered to the wrong address/box, we ask that you please contact the shipping company for further assistance in retrieving your package, as your local mail carrier will be of best assistance at that time! We are very happy to share that in the rare instances this happens, USPS and UPS has always located the package for our customers!

    Unfortunately, replacement orders by MICOPEIA will not be provided if lost, damaged, stolen or undeliverable by USPS or UPS.

    If your package has been returned to sender/MICOPEIA because of a wrong and/or insufficient address, please contact us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper addresses is provided and to contact us to resend the shipment.

    MICOPEIA does NOT offer international shipping at this time.

    Due to the nature of COVID-19 and Monkey Pox, MICOPEIA will NOT be accepting any bottle and/or product returns at this time, to respect the health and safety protocols for both our team members and customers. We encourage all of our community members and customers to recycle and/or reuse our product bottles and/or packaging, whenever possible!
